Most orders that are received before 12:00pm cst are shipped out either UPS or USPS same or next day. For some specialty items (where additional embroidery or alterations are needed), please allow for an additional 1-3 day(s) lead time before shipping.

If not all of the items in your order are in stock, we may ship part of your order immediately, then ship the remainder at no extra shipping cost when the rest of the items become available.
Partner School Customers

If you're with a school that has a current account with us, you may exchange any current in-stock item at any time, provided that it has not been worn, washed, or altered in any way. This includes items purchased online, in-store, or at one of our mobile-store sales.
To receive a refund, you must return the items back to us within 15 days of purchase. If items are returned after 15 days, they are eligible for store credit only, to be used any time.
If a product has a manufacturer's defect, it can be replaced at any time. This does not include normal wear and tear, which has a one year window for replacement or repair.

If you purchase uniform items online or in-store and your school does not have a current account set up with us, you may exchange any current season or non-embroidered items at any time, provided that it has not been worn, washed, or altered, in any way. Any embroidered items for a child at a school who does not have a current account with us cannot be exchanged. Any previous season spirit wear cannot be exchanged.
To receive a refund, any non-embroidered items must be sent back to us within 15 days of purchase. If items are returned after 15 days, they are eligible for store credit only, to be used at any time. Any embroidered items for a child at a school who does not have a current account with us are not eligible for a refund and are considered final sale.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

If your refund request is approved, you will automatically be refunded back to the original payment card or the card that you indicate on the return/exchange form. If your request falls outside the return window or there is some other issue with the return request, we will contact you by email or phone.
